Expert Calibration Technicians
When a vehicle is repaired, ADAS components are often moved, removed, or replaced. These actions will not always trigger a warning light and/or diagnostic code, and most often cannot be seen with the naked eye. Our calibration technicians are trained to identify issues with sensors and alignment. They follow a 16-step calibration workflow that accounts for OEM procedures and best practices. Thorough testing is done to ensure that all ADAS systems are completely functional before delivering a vehicle back to your facility.
Our Dedicated ADAS Facility
Our facility includes 4 full-service calibration bays and one alignment bay. (Largest calibration facility in the Midwest) This allows us to quickly and accurately examine vehicles. Each bay is equipped with a certified floor that exceeds OEM requirements (OEM is +/- 10mm over 60' ours is +/- 5mm), ample and controllable lighting. Having a controlled environment to perform calibrations is essential. This means no interference from obstructions you would find in normal shop environments and no interference from environmental obstructions like sunlight, glare, wind, or rain. All of this affects calibration results.
The size of our facility allows us to provide our partners with short cycle times, delivering vehicles in an efficient manner that adds to your profits.

Accuracy is our top priority. Which is why we've developed a process that ensures a vehicle is ready and safe to operate. Each vehicle that enters our facility undergoes robust testing in the shop and on the road.
