Heather Friedriechsen

Heather Friedriechsen is the Chief Operations Officer for ADAS Solutions. Heather has vast experience in banking with an emphasis on problem solving and client relationships. She values a clear message, timely response, and thorough execution with every interaction. Heather is passionate about the service we provide at ADAS Solutions LLC and believes wholeheartedly in our motto of “Optimizing Your Car’s Safety”.

Brady DeYoung

Brady DeYoung grew up racing dirt bikes, and that early passion for mechanics and performance eventually shaped the direction of his entire career. He spent many years in the framing industry, learning the value of hard work, precision, and consistency. Eventually, he was presented with an opportunity to learn ADAS, and he decided to take it. That decision set him on the path he is on today.

He started from the ground up—with hands-on training, completing multiple classes, earning certifi cations, and putting in the effort every day to get better. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, he worked his way up and is now the Head Technician at ADAS Solutions.

His morals and the strong foundation of ADAS Solutions have guided him throughout his career. He believes in always putting the customer fi rst and building real, long-lasting relationships. Whether someone needs a quote, help understanding a system, or just has a general question, his goal is to be there to support them and make sure they feel confi dent in the work ADAS Solutions does.

He has been with ADAS Solutions for four years, and he takes pride in holding the standard high. The structure, expectations, and culture of this company have shaped him into the technician he is today—and he works every day to uphold that standard. He truly believes he is the best at what he does because he cares, he works hard, and he never stops striving to improve.

Kevin Popp

Kevin Popp has been working with automotive ADAS systems for seven years. He began his career at Henderson Glass, specializing in the recalibration of forward cameras following windshield replacements. Kevin has been with ADAS Solutions LLC since the Lansing location opened, performing a full range of calibration services.

He has completed training for Opti-Aim systems, Level 2 I-CAR Pro, and CarADAS certifications, recognizing that ongoing training is essential in this industry. Kevin is committed to ensuring precise calibrations to OEM standards, guaranteeing customer safety after collisions or glass replacement.

COLIN

As an ADAS technician Colin is committed to making every vehicle he works on safe and giving drivers confi dence in the vehicles they rely on every day. He has worked on a wide variety of makes and models, and that experience has taught him how important precision and consistency are, especially after a collision repair.

As a father, he takes safety personally, and that carries over into his work. He treats every calibration with the same attention to detail he would want for his own family’s vehicle. His goal is always the same: complete the calibration correctly, communicate clearly, and keep a shop’s workflow moving without delays.

He has successfully handled complex radar, camera, and sensor calibrations, corrected improper setups, and helped shops prevent safety-critical issues from reaching the road. Body shops rely on him because he shows up prepared, takes ownership of the task, and stands behind the work he completes.

Ultimately, he is here to be a partner a shop can trust. When he finishes a job, a shop can be confident its customer won’t be coming back with ADAS-related problems because he makes sure it’s done right the fi rst time.

DOM

Domanic specializes in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) calibration for modern vehicles. He is hands-on by nature and takes pride in the precision and focus this work demands. Every sensor he adjusts and every calibration he completes is done with one clear purpose in mind: keeping people safe on the road.

He follows OEM procedures to the letter, uses the right tools for the job, and stays plugged into the latest technologies because drivers deserve systems they can truly rely on—whether it’s lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, or collision avoidance. For Domanic, it’s not just checking a box; it’s delivering work that’s consistent, accurate, and done with integrity.

What sets Domanic apart is his commitment to doing things the right way, every time. He doesn’t rush, he doesn’t cut corners, and he doesn’t guess. He brings a mix of technical expertise, real-world experience, and pride in his craft that shows in the results.
